Periodized Cross Training

Based on a synergistic continuum of assessment, progressions, feedback and support, Periodized Cross Training (PCT) is an integrative exercise/conditioning program that incorporates a systematic overlay of 8-week phasic training cycles. From personal health to human performance, PCT provides a structured sequence of step-by-step monitored routines individually designed to meet the particular needs, abilities and goals of the participant.

To insure safe long-term results there is a prerequisite of 12 Personal Training sessions or the ability to demonstrate the appropriate biomechanical, neurological and physiological capacities prior to enrollment.

Facilitated Group Exercise

C3 (Cross-Conditioning Classes) are a true innovation in facilitated group exercise utilizing BOWFLEX Strength Systems. C3 promotes safe, long-term results through a scientifically proven protocol that integrates a balance of the five primary elements of fitness (strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and body composition) with the dynamics of a 50-minute exercise experience. We offer beginner, intermediate, advanced and senior levels, facilitated by degreed/certified instructors.

Post-Rehabilitation / Corrective Exercise

As a National Fitness and Therapy Association (NFTA) credentialed facility, our multi-disciplinary lifestyle approach to personal health, healing and human performance encompass an array of integrative post-rehab and fitness therapy services.

Cross-Trained in the fields of medical exercise/post rehab conditioning our staff of tenured practitioners work very closely with (physicians MD, chiropractors DC, physical therapists PT) to design, facilitate and implement the appropriate overlay of programs/services to ensure safe, tangible and lasting results.

Senior Fitness

Safe, fun and wholesome, Senior - Cross Conditioning Classes (C3) provide the perfect exercise and conditioning medium for mature adults seeking optimal health and vitality. Based on sound proven principles, C3’s integrate strength, flexibility, balance, breathing and body awareness with the dynamics of a 60 minute facilitated group exercise session.

Sports Specific Training

Beyond traditional exercise and conditioning concepts, Obvious Groups multi-disciplinary approach to personal health and sports performance incorporates cutting edge methodology and scientific principles via NASM Optimum Performance Training (OPT™) paradigm.

From little league to elite athletes, from foot to club-head speed, each program is individually designed to fit the personal needs, goals and abilities of each participant. Based on a synergistic continuum of evaluation, progression, feedback and support we uniquely integrate the precise overlay of training modalities (flexibility, endurance, core, balance, power and strength) to enhance biomotor abilities (speed, agility, quickness, stability and coordination) promoting performance enhancement as well as decreasing risk of injury.
