Victor Holder

Following a calling to uplift humanity through the promotion of pro-active personal health and healing, Victor began his quest for knowledge at an early age. Over the past 30 years he has studied as well as practiced a variety of physical/biological sciences, training principles, therapeutic modalities and healing arts to include, resistance/strength/rehabilitation, martial arts, yoga, massage and energetics.

My focus is structural alignment and total wellness. Using both movement and manual therapy as well as lifestyle coaching, which encompasses nutrition and stress reduction, clients are able to see life changing results. I am now able to blend the best of my education in psychology, movement, nutrition, massage and stress reduction to work with and educate each client on how to achieve life-long health.
